Calculate Health Scores in Batch

Processes biomarker data for one or more users and returns comprehensive health scores, disease risk, biologic age, disease attribution and more.

Important Notes:

  • All dates should be in ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ (e.g., 2025-06-03T15:35:35Z)
  • Each user must include sex (46098-0), height (8302-2), weight (29463-7), and either age (30525-0) or date of birth (21112-8).

Important Notes:

  • All datetimes should be in ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ (e.g., 2025-06-03T15:35:35Z)
  • If the mode is set to validate, then you don't need to set the product_versionor uid_ext fields. These fields are, however, required when setting the mode to validate_and_score or score.
